I do not think I am the person you seek. I know not this Rufio of whom you speak. From whence does this Rufio hail? I have written a fanfic with a character by the name of Rufio in it, but he wasn't a major character, and it is a fanfic that not many people know about, especially people I don't know (sorry if that sounded rude, twas not intended). Please clarify what you are looking for.
